Vernetta B. Guischard is a chartered accountant with over eighteen (18) years of experience in accounting, internal auditing and external auditing. Vernetta provides strategic oversight to Aegis & Co., and responsibilities include overseeing strategic relationships with reputable international clients and audit engagements within the region. Vernetta has extensive
experience providing accounting, auditing, and assurance services to state entities, and clients in the financial services, manufacturing, professional services and real estate sectors.

Vernetta is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT). She is a court qualified Certified Forensic Accounting Specialist (CFAS), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies (U.W.I.).
