Work Permit Application

Legal Notice dated December 31, 2025, MADE BY THE MINISTER UNDER SECTION 44 OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT

AND SUBJECT TO NEGATIVE RESOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT, THE IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2025.

These Regulations shall have effect from 1st January 2026.  Inclusively, the fees for Work Permit Applications have been increased as stated in the Fourth Schedule as follows:-

1. i)On application for the grant of

Work Permit – $1,200.00

900. ii)For the duration of Work Permit 900.00

per month subject to a minimum of 2,700.00
