A further extension for the filing of Financial Statements with the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) has been granted as follows.
- Thirty (30) days for Annual Filings
- Forty five (45) days for Quarterly Filings.
Please note that all days listed are calendar days from the original due date.
This extension applies only to the next immediate filing, in the first instance. We will keep you posted of any changes.
