We wish to alert you that the Companies Registry has commenced random Compliance Inspections.
The Registrar General is empowered to conduct inspections at a company’s registered office to verify that statutory records and registers are properly maintained and up to date. This includes, among other things, registers of directors, shareholders, and beneficial ownership, as well as other required corporate records.
Companies that are not fully compliant may be subject to penalties.
We encourage you to take this opportunity to review your company’s records to ensure they are accurate, current, and maintained at your registered office in accordance with the Companies Act.
