Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, August 5, 2025 – Angela Lee Loy, Chairman of Aegis Business Solutions, Eve Anderson Recruitment, Caribbean Resourcing Solutions, and CyberEye Limited, is warning the public of a series of fraudulent Facebook posts and online advertisements falsely linking her name and image to a fictitious government investment platform.
These deceptive materials, which include reference to ‘IrisGrove.digital’ documents, falsely feature her image on the Facebook advertisement. There were also Facebook comments using her image under the name of ‘Angela Lee Loy Charles’. Ms. Lee Loy categorically states that she has no affiliation whatsoever with these posts, the named platform, or any promotional content.
“I take my professional reputation and integrity seriously. It is deeply concerning to see my name and image used without my consent to promote a misleading and unauthorised scheme. I urge the public and business community to report both the account and the fraudulent post and to disregard or avoid engaging with any content that falsely represents my name,” she said.
Ms. Lee Loy is exploring legal action to protect her identity and to prevent further misuse. In the meantime, the public is strongly advised to exercise vigilance and report any suspicious content to the appropriate authorities.
