Kathy-Ann is the Practice Leader – External Human Resource Services. She is responsible for Human Resources Consulting and Administration. She is also responsible for the development of Human Resource Policies and Procedures, Performance Improvement reporting, Recruitment and Headhunting and provision of general Human Resource Advisory services. Kathy-Ann also manages Professional Resourcing Solutions Limited, a subsidiary company of the Aegis Group of Companies, which specializes in providing outsourcing and HR administration services to international companies who do not have a local presence.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. Additionally, Kathy-Ann holds an Advanced Certificate in Labour Law. With over eighteen (18) years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, she has delivered HR Department start-up services to clients in the insurance and manufacturing sectors.
Kathy-Ann’s qualifications and her years of experience providing Human Resource Administrative & Management services and Industrial Relations & Labor Law advisory services to different industries have given her a comprehensive understanding of client’s needs, and best practices to meet such needs. Her career to date includes providing general Human Resource advice including Industrial Relations, Performance Improvement, Retrenchment and Severance, Headhunting and Recruitment & Selection services to clients across a variety of industry sectors. In addition, she has provided Human Resource consulting services in the area of Organizational Restructuring, HR Audits and Policy & Procedure development to a variety of clients within various industry sectors in Trinidad and Tobago.
