Terms and Conditions – AGC2023 The Lost Tribe Governance Q&A Competition Opt-in 

1. Introduction

By participating in this promotional competition and opting-in, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before proceeding with your entry.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotional competition opt-in is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees, agents, and affiliates of the conference organizers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry

3.1 To opt-in for the promotional competition, you must fill out the designated form accurately and completely.

3.2 Only one entry per individual is allowed. Any duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3.3 You must provide valid and up-to-date contact information to be eligible for the competition.

4. Promotion Period

The promotion period for the competition will end Friday 28th July 2023 at 1:30pm. Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.

5. Prizes

5.1 The prize for the promotional competition will be a custome from The Lost Tribe Band re Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival 2024.

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5.3 The conference organizers reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winners of the promotional competition will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6.2 The winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.

6.3 If a winner is not present at the time of draw, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.

7. Publicity

7.1 By participating in the promotional competition, you grant the conference organizers the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7.2 Any personal information provided during the opt-in process will be subject to the conference’s Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The conference organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotional competition at any time without prior notice.

8.2 The decision of the conference organizers regarding any aspect of the competition, including but not limited to the selection of winners, will be final and binding.

8.3 By participating in the competition, you release the conference organizers from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage caused by or resulting from your participation in the promotional competition or the acceptance and use of any prize.

8.4 The promotional competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
