Prior to joining Aegis Management Solutions, Barry returned to Trinidad in 2003 and co-founded Integrated Consulting Services Limited, a company specialising in “organisation change management.”

His career was built over the last 18 years in Europe in the Information Technology and Investment Banking Industries. An organisation change architect and programme manager, Barry's career highlights include:

• Assistant Director at the Union Bank of Switzerland- Information Technology Services and Back Office Process Re-Engineering
• Director at ING Barings Investment Bank- Global Programme Management of the Euro Conversion and Business Continuity Planning
• Director at BNP Paribas Investment Bank- Management and co-ordination of a Global Programme Office, aimed at identifying and tracking synergies derived from the merger of BNP and Paribas
• Consultant at Societe Generale Investment Bank- Development and delivery of strategic and transformation plans for Information Technology ( Europe ) and Back Office Operations globally
• Managing Partner at TORI Global (Management Consulting firm based in the UK )

His key attributes include working with clients' executive teams to customise and shape organisational transformation activities from concept to implementation. He also brings to bear a wealth of experience in structuring and managing complex projects and programmes to ensure delivery against time, quality and cost.
