Angela is the Chairman of Aegis Business Solutions Limited. She collectively has over thirty years' experience in Auditing and Business Advisory Services with Aegis, PricewaterhouseCoopers and its precursor Price Waterhouse, which included six months with the Hong Kong office.

Her clientele includes international companies, private and public companies and existing and emerging companies within the hospitality, financial, manufacturing and retail industries. She has also been involved in projects providing financial advice, restructuring of companies, and setting up of operations. She has considerable experience in share valuations, personal financial planning and advisory services for owner-managed enterprises, trust and settlements.

Angela is the chairman of the National AIDS Coordinating Committee (NACC), past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC), past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT), Member of the Chancery of the Archbishop of Port of Spain, former Trinidad representative of the International Assembly of ACCA, active member of the Trinidad Hotels, Restaurants & Tourism Association, non-executive director of Prestige Holdings (a public company), member of the Foundation for Human Development and the Finance Director of the Self-Esteem Foundation.

In addition, Angela recently chaired the Private Sector Forum at both the 2009 Summit of Americas and the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).
